Owners manual for a 96 should be avaiable to be purchased from your dealer. Or try a motorcycle salvage yard that has national connections, or WEB access @motoSalvage. As Peter gave you information on aftermaket service manual That will cover your 96 even though it is for the mid 80's 4 speed versions and it is much more detailed than the owners manual, it may be a better buy and much of the information in the maintenance chapter is whatis in the owners manual. If you want to copy my 96 owners manual contact direct and we will work out something to get the manual back and forth. Max
